Aparthotel Adagio Lille Centre Grand Place is an apartment hotel close to Place Rihour in Lille’s city centre. It is a great option for a longer stay or if you’re a family or a group of friends travelling together who need a little extra space.

The 79 air-conditioned serviced apartments range from compact studio apartments that are ideal for a couple up to larger apartments big enough for up to four people.

The 26m² studios come with a comfortable bed, a work desk, a flatscreen TV, ironing facilities and an en suite bathroom but what sets this apart from a regular hotel room is that it also has cooking facilities with a small kitchen with a fridge, a dishwasher, induction cooking hobs, tea-and-coffee-making facilities and all the pots, pans and cooking utensils that you need.

The larger 38–44m² apartments have similar facilities to the smaller studio apartments but with more space, making them suitable for four people. These are designed with separate living and sleeping areas and in many ways, they’re similar to a hotel suite with a kitchen.

The hotel’s public areas include Le Cercle, a common lounge area that’s a great spot to hang out outside your room that also includes a small self-service convenience store.

There is also a self-service laundromat (the laundry detergent is provided), which is really handy, and a fitness centre.

Although Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, it comes at an additional cost.

The Adagio has a great central location on a relatively quiet street in the centre of Lille. Most points of interest are within walking distance and within a 10-minute walk you can get to the Grand’Place, the Palais des Beaux-Arts, Place Rihour, Place du Théâtre and la Vieille Bourse and within a 15-minute walk you can also get to Gare de Lille Flandres, the Westfield Euralille shopping centre and the zoo as well as most areas in Vieux Lille including the cathedral and Musée de l’Hospice Comtesse.

It is a 12-minute walk to Gare de Lille Flandres and Gare de Lille Europe is an 18-minute walk from the hotel. The closest metro station is Rihour (line 1), which is only a four-minute walk from the hotel making it easy to get to parts of the Lille area outside the city centre.
