Euralille

Modern business district

Euralille is a 120ha commercial development near Gare de Lille Europe that consists of modern office buildings and a large shopping centre.

Conceived in the late 1980s and early 1990s, Euralille aimed to revitalise and modernise the cityscape, taking advantage of the new high speed rail links to transform Lille into a business hub.

The complex includes modern office buildings including distinctive office towers designed by Christian de Portzamparc and Claude Vasconi; however, these are seldom visited unless you work there and most Lillois equate Euralille with the Westfield Euralille shopping centre, wedged between Gares Lille Europe and Lille Flanders, which is undoubtedly the most lively part of Euralille.
